Prism was built by Dr. Winslow, a practicing dentist who has spent years building software for the way practices actually run. The pattern he kept seeing was not a shortage of AI tools. It was practices buying tools before knowing whether their systems, their team, or their safeguards were ready, then blaming the tool when it stalled.

How we build it
